This is a blog that celebrates the male form in its many guises, focusing particularly in RUGBY players, other sportsmen, actors and celebrities: all are fair game. BADBEARCUB'S PLACE is all about saluting REAL MEN, so pretty boys are not invited to the party.

BADBEARCUB'S PLACE is a friendly joint so if you like what you see, please add comments at the bottom of the posts. WE REALLY APPRECIATE FEEDBACK. P.S. Periodically, Badbearcub’s Place will be holding Specials and Seasons, devoted to particular individuals or groups. Specials, generally, will take place over three to four weeks, involving weekly posts on the named subject (normally a specific individual). Seasons will normally last a couple of months and will feature more regular posts on the named topic (normally a team, particular sport etc).

The idea is that alongside Badbearcub’s posts, you guys and girls can suggest topics or individuals within that topic and we will do our very best to accommodate you. And if you happen to have some pictures connected to the Special or Season, email your contribution to badbearcub2003@yahoo.co.uk and we will post them for you, alongside an acknowledgment for your contribution. FRONT ROW SEASON: Gethin Jenkins

This is Welsh prop forward, Gethin Jenkins. He looks like a real sweetie, with that cropped hair and cuddly physique. We here at Badbearcub's Place would like to cook him a Sunday roast, take the dog for a walk, then sit on the sofa eating chocolates with him whilst watching Antiques Roadshow. Not that we've thought about a weekend with Gethin or anything...

FRONT ROW SEASON: Jason Leonard

This smiling chappie is Jason Leonard, a legend of the English game whose career began in the amateur era but led to him being on the 2003 World Cup Winning side. Jason always seems to have a smile on his lips and I think we can guess why when we take a closer look in the shorts department. Blimey.
